I was told to wait for the field tech from 8am to 12pm.
Apparently the field technician repaired the problem from his end but neglected to tell me the problem was solved at 9am.. without notifying me in ANYWAY..he was a no call no show.
I waited for him from 8am to 5 pm NEEDLESSLY all because the tech wouldn't take one minute to notify me.
Instead I spent the entire fricking day from 8 to 5pm waiting for a repair tech that would never show.
I lost a days pay and endured pain and suffering looking out for the tech that would never be.
Very very inconsiderate field reps who don't communicate at all with the customer.
No one has yet to return my calls of frustration.
