rev:text	NO STARS. HenderSCUM properties! I moved to Charlotte, NC from out of state. I needed to rent and found a great house which happened to be managed by Henderson. That was the start of 2 plus years of bad service and having my rent increased every year. In addtion, charges were added to my bill almost monthly that were not clear where they came from. When I attempted to call the office I would have to leave message after message and would still not get anyone on the phone. I finally had to send a letter requesting an explanation and the next month the charges were gone, but still no call back. I began to look for houses to buy in Charlotte and did NOT reach out to Henderson for buying. One month after I moved out I got a letter stating I owed $3,000 in late fees and other move out charges. Again I called and emailed for explanation with no response....2 months later I got another letter stating that I owed $1,500, the other fees were not listed. Confused on exactly how much I supposedly owed and again where the charges were coming from I called multiple times, no answer or returned call, and emailed with no response. I left the house in good condition. Like others have said take pictures of how you leave the house to avoid bogus charges becauase I was also charged for updates the owner of the home told me she was going to be doing once we moved out. Henderson Properties is not about quaility or customer service. Their goal is to fill their pockets and avoid their tenants.
