  • This company combines the worst in customer service with a significant lacking in repair skill set. It is really amazing. As stated on previous posts, they gave me an appointment time then no called/no showed. Then no one answered the company phone when called to see why no one showed, left message and they never returned the call. When I called again the next day I was told I was first on the list so I stayed home again to wait instead of arriving in the morning they arrived at 4 p.m. They then said the repair would be approved in a week and installed in no more then two. Needless to say a month passed and no repair. After I called numerous times on the status they finally made an appointment again to arrive at 9 a.m. and did not show until 4 p.m. Do not use this company they are unprofessional, have no respect for peoples time (or cannot create a reasonable appointment calendar??), and do not perform temporary repairs that will sustain your pool while they mess around for an extreme amount of time for simple repairs. I would never recommend them and will never use them again. Ever.
