  • Located in North Phoenix in Happy Valley, checked in and was immediately told by a not so friendly front desk clerk I didn't book direct so wasn't eligible for any HH points, she actually seemed happy to stick it to me so I thought it was just me. Next day I saw same clerk yelling at little kids, clearly this employee needs an attitude adjustment. The hotel itself is just about average, the hallways have a very strange smell which caught me off guard. The rooms are clean and about average size. Being a former Phoenician it kills me to pay for a hotel and I was hoping for better. Anyways this is fine for a quick stay and not much more. Just to add.. Staff issues not limited, I asked for a cup of coffee and wow, blown away how nasty they are, I felt as though I disturbed them by asking to do what's expected (in the nicest way possible). Bare minimum may be too much.
