  • I wish I could have seen the other hidden reviews as well before making an appt. I also got a Groupon deal (this is the last time I'll bother with those for hair after this mess) to try and find a new hairdresser in our new hometown. I read the review about Kierra and thought sound she sounded just fine. As written by others, the ladies are lovely there and Kierra is very nice but darn it, I went in for a trim, described exactly what I wanted and ugh...she did exactly what I asked her NOT to and now it'll take months to grow out this choppy mess. I even asked her why she chopped the one side and she told me "it's the type of hair you have!" Ummm, no. In qualified hands my cut is relatively easy. So if that means trekking clear back to our old neighborhood which is a hike to get a decent haircut and in this case was nothing to be nothing more than a trim........so be it. Very disappointed.
