  • Things have gone downhill tremendously! I posted pics from todays rushed through job. I made my appointment with my regular techs earlier this week. After my last bad service, they thought I wasn't coming back. I said I will give you another try. Since I've been coming here (when they opened a year ago), ive never felt unwelcomed. They usually remember me by name just when i call. My daughter has sworn them off since the owner poured liquid in her eye trying to perform lash enhancements. This visit, appointment and all, had to ask several times to polish my WHOLE nail, not just the middle. I dont like my sides unpolished. I had to beg for repolish and top coat several times. Never got an even polish on toes. Then i had to carry my own purse, coat, and boots to the dryer (which any place will carry your items) so of course my nails smudged. Then i had to wait longer for them to be fixed. Then after im at the dryer station, a male employee proceeds to move my purse off the seat next to me to place a client where there are other empty seats. I told him that i would move it but he continues to grab my bag! I snatched it from him and I left. I did tell my nail tech that i was very disappointed in my treatment and how im being rushed all around. No consideration with me being one of your 1st customers, the customer that put you on Yelp, the customer that always tips! I have to say I cant go back. Now i have to hunt for another nail salon. Joy...
