| - I called first and as soon as Laurie answered the phone I started crying, she was so understanding and reassuring. I took my cat in for unknown illness, he wasn't acting himself and was uncomfortable and crying when he tried to lie down. He'd been throwing up & lethargic. Laurie was great when I got there, the doctor, Dr. Turner was fantastic. My cat immediately started growling even before he came out of his carrier. They knew what to do, took him away & put him under, Dr. Turner first did a visual exam came back to me and said he had felt him all over, checked his teeth etc., and did not see anything obvious. Next step, xrays-he did the xrays brought them back to me and showed me a few things. Next step was blood work. Each time he did a different step he would call me in and explain to me what he had found & to get my permission to proceed with the next step. By this time the waiting room was full of cats & dogs with varying degrees of issues, so he was working on several animals at the same time. I think they did a great job of handling my case with my cat (and handling me too) although the bill was high, it was woth it for the peace of mind and to have a record of my cats relative health at ten years of age. I would definitely recommend this animal hospital and would return there again if needed.
