I finally came to Verizon after years of suffering with Sprint. After rocking with the 5s for 5 years I decided to make the transition, especially after Sprint made the phone inoperable.
I was very pleased with my experience at Verizon. I got there just as the store was opening and was first to be helped. The store was very clean, warm, and the technicians and sales reps were very friendly. I was not initially sure which iPhone I wanted but was certain I would be transferring my service.
Khiry was unbelievably helpful throughout this transition process. I decided to go with the 8 plus, but was told I had 14 days to transition to the 8 if I elected to do so. The store was running a few promotions on cases, chargers, and screen protectors so I took advantage of the special. Unfortunately they did not have any screen protectors in stock and told me to call back the next day to get one.
I appreciated that I did not feel rushed here. Despite the store starting to fill up toward the end of my visit, I was never made to feel like I needed to speed the decision-making process along. This place even gave me money for the trade-in on my old phone that Sprint rendered inoperable.
