  • NO stars....I have lived here for almost three years, and my advice is buyer BEWARE! This place is horribly maintained and when you do have a maintenance issue it takes several requests and phone calls and trips to the office to have it addressed. I've had several issues - black mold, a water heater that was illegally plumbed, flooring that needed replaced (mind you we had to move everything ourselves - no help from staff) and now a gate that broke and when we reported that to staff and told them we would be out of town - coming home several days later to a gate that was STILL NOT fixed, we were told by the manager and front office staff that it was not a priority and they have too little staff to make these repairs. Wow! You can bet they cash our rent checks on time though! I would strongly encourage looking elsewhere to live - we certainly will be.
