  • Crisis averted! Queen Nails SAVED my mom and I for my upcoming wedding ceremony. The day before our visit to Queen Nails, we decided to try a different place that had an online coupon promotion -- BIG MISTAKE. We were there for three hours and the girls had no idea what they were doing; I left with colour only on my toes and went home to find out the shellac hadn't cured properly so the next morning it looked like play-doh. Same thing happened to my mom. We were pretty disappointed. We went to Queen Nails the next day. We got there at around 7pm and showed them the damage. They were shocked at how bad it looked, but reassured us that they would be able to fix it. Thank GOD we went to this place, because they did an amazing job! They took off the messed up colour and we ended up choosing a new colour from the huge selection they have. Extremely thorough with cuticle removal, too. They did a lovely jewel design on me and a dainty flower design from my mom. I also really love the fact that they use the CND LED lamp for curing, which gives your skin less exposure to UV rays. They even graciously stayed open an hour later than when they usually close instead of rushing us out the door. We were so happy with our experience we literally left the store giggling and giddy. Thank you so much, Queen Nails! You've made me a very happy bride-to-be and we will definitely be returning.
