Would give 0 stars if possible. Internet didn't work on the first day I received my router/started service. A tech had to come out to fix the issue. The tech told me if I signed up for the @ease service, it would cover the tech visit. I agree to sign up. I get my bill, charging me for the tech visit and the @ease service charge. I contact customer service to figure out why both charges are there. They inform me @ease only covers PC issues not internet issues. I told them the service was sold to me as coverage for the initial tech visit. They apologized and said there was nothing they could do. I asked to cancel the @ease charge (which they are still charging me for my first month). They said can do, then proceeded to try and upsell me on other services after I just complained about misrepresentation of a service from them and they did nothing to fix the problem.
I will have to watch my bill next month to make sure the @ease service was actually cancelled. You are better off signing up with Cox for internet.
