  • Another great stay for Vitaly! Coming from having our previous dog absolutely dread staying in a kennel, it is truly refreshing to see your dog run inside to the arms of everyone at the Scottsdale pet hotel! They offer play times for the puppies that gives them a chance to socialize with other dogs as well as additional play times which I think is a great piece also. Each person that I have met that works at the hotel knows my dog by name which means a lot to us because that means they take the extra step not only to provide their great service for each pup, but to get to know them and their needs on a individual level as well. Every time I take my dog to the hotel and pick him up shortly after, they all make the process quick and easy. Really happy with their services and I can tell my dog loves them as well! Even today when I picked up my dog, they mentioned that they gave him a bath free of charge! That is the service and kindness that keeps us coming back each time! Highly recommend them for any of your boarding needs!
