  • Car batteries do NOT last long in this Vegas heat, quick stop to Auto Zone before the long holiday weekend...! I called in to make sure they had my battery size in stock. Lee was on the phone and informed me of the battery options for my SUV. I asked if they could assist with putting the battery in and he mentioned that he'd have to take a look but it shouldn't be a problem. The battery I bought comes with a free replacement if it goes out in 3 years, so we're at least 3 years out until the next purchase. I pulled in, asked for Lee and introduced myself as the guy who called in earlier and he went to get the battery immediately. He checked out the engine area to make sure he wouldn't have any issues of putting the battery in and we were good to go. We got the old battery out and the new battery installed in under 7 minutes. Total visit time was about 15 minutes total. Fantastic! This is my new go to purchase essentials for my SUV whenever the needs arises. Well stocked, friendly service and employees that go beyond their service always makes for a better day. I always take care of the employees if they go beyond their duties with my car. Highly recommended especially for a battery replacement! ..Enjoy..=)
