  • I really need to update my prior evaluation. Last time I was here, while I described courteous service and a pleasant waiting area, I was very unhappy about the wait and the missed time to finish the job. MUCH better experience this time. I had a noon appointment. I arrived a few minutes early and was waited on immediately. I came in with a coupon for my oil change but requested that they check out a few other items as well (its a very old car). No problem and no charge! Very nice!! He estimated a 30 - 40 wait time. While the waiting room was clean with courtesy bottled water and Keurig coffee available, I chose to go over to the Madhouse Cafe across the parking lot. Carlos would call me when the car was ready. Sure enough, 35 minutes later I got the call from Carlos. While they checked out all of the items I asked them to check, there was no upselling of services. They did recommend that there was work needed at a future service, but no immediate need for the expensive work (I did mention that it is a very old car). Overall, very pleased with the service and the honesty of the mechanics at Precision. I will be back.
