  • I have to say, these people are awesome. We've been coming here for a few years now to pick up prescription food for one of our cats, and unfortunately, recently we had to put one down due to old age. Linda and Dr. Heather were great, the procedure was done in the most humane way possible, and Linda got us in there quickly so we wouldn't have to wait around in the lobby (we did make an appointment, it was nice to know they were sticking to the time). We were given as much time for our last moments with our cat as we needed both before and after the procedure, and Dr. Heather gave him a tranqializer first which eased the whole process. (I had a cat put down years ago and they did not do that, and it was tough watching him gasp for his last breath, that wasn't the case this time). Our Squiggy went very peacefully and that helped the whole process. Thank you Heather and Linda for being there in our time of need and doing such a great job at what you do.
