  • I was struggling to get a form I needed completed and reading some of the other reviews... I was nervous. But I'm thrilled to share that everything worked out. A big *shoutout* to Dr. Helms who personally looked for my form to help expedite the process. And thank you to the office manager, Cheryl, who made it happen in the end. I can't imagine how many people are making requests at the end of the year, so I know how backed up they must be. That doesn't excuse any frustration that other Yelpers have experienced, but it does put things into perspective. At the end of the day, we're all just people trying to do our best to get things done. I'm so appreciative of Dr. Helms helping me through a somewhat scary time in my life and having surgery. She really is a caring and very hands-on, involved doctor. I wish more out there were like her! I'm also very appreciative to the staff who are working hard to keep the process going.
