  • Very rude and arrogant drivers. Buses are late and had to wait in the snow storm for 10 mins. Improper crowd management. No instructions given on loading when bus arrived. When people flocked around the bus ,driver was shouting at top of his voice. I had a big check in bag (which was above 50 pounds). Heard a lot of BS from the driver though he hasn't touched my bag to know the weight. The bus wasn't even half full and it would not matter if he had allowed me my full bag w/o any fuss. I guess that's the standard protocol on seeing big bags even though hey might not be overweight after all. He picked up my bag and asked my to take some stuff off else I would miss my bus. I complied and shifted weight into my carry-on (the total luggage weight remained the same smart ass!!!) On boarding we all heard a good long irritating 15 minute lecture on dos and don't from the driver. (Stuff like Dont take off our socks. No naked feet. No offensive content on wifi. No temper on the phone. Small phone conversations) Seemed like I was back at school. Anyway the drive was safe. Coach clean and we reached nyc on time despite snow storms. But the rude driver kept us all irritated and a little scared
