  • UPDATE: the owner of Corebella health and wellness billed my labs out for thousands of dollars and when a bill showed up twice and now for the third time he promised to be responsible for it "even if they didn't write it off" and After every time Robert told me it would never happen again, every time it would happen again. So I choose to leave that office. I wonder why right lol Owner Robert Hundley made numerous promises and making me have to reach out to the owners of their lab at Insource Diagnostics because of little follow through and even have their manager remove a charge. After stating after the 16th nothing else will get charged, oh look it got charged again. I'm so sick of this place over charging and not taking care of errors that should have never happened in the first place. Errors that make you feel guilty that you try and grandfather us in with no recourse. This business is a joke. And I have a bill, thanks Robert Hundley I do appreciate your lies. Terrible place. Terrible employees, terrible customer service and beyond terrible communication . When I asked for my records to be faxes nick told me that it would take him 10 times to do it in order to get it done because they have a bad fax machine. It's a joke over there. Robert the owner keeps telling me they are going to get it going over there but nothing's changed. Still billing insurance as fraud. I had to call the lab myself to make sure things were in order and they knew not to bill any further. When they bill a urineanalysis they bill bout $6000-$8000 depending on your insurance. It's great if your going in as a cash patient and see a good provider. I have nothing good to say about the employees or the owner. I have been a patient for about 8months and can't be more disappointed.
