  • Really difficult to reach someone live on the phone to ask questions about a bill and pay the bill. Impossible to schedule an annual check-up one year in advance even after the doctor tells you to come back in a year because their scheduling system doesn't go out as far as one year. Outdated back office makes Southwestern Eye Center challenging to do business with as a patient. Meh!
