  • Called to make an appointment the receptionist said we are really busy with customers can I get your name and number and call you back. 3 hours later I still hadn't received a call so I called back. The lady who answered said she will pass on my message. I asked if they could make an appointment right then and she said no. Not sure what is going on? I was trying to decided about coming to this office or another one...so I guess I will be calling the other Dermatologist.
