The Dr. said i'll get a phone call when I get an ultrasound appointment . I waited for 2 weeks, went to the front desk and they said they don't see an appointment. I went 2 weeks after, and one at the front desk said I should have been given a form on the day to go do the ultrasound. apparently the Dr., forgot to give it to me, and another Dr gave it to me, but weeks after. Another incident was when I got an appointment with the specialist and he changed it but no one informed me from patients network, I lost 8 hrs of pay on that day only to know that my appointment was changed to the 29th of this month and not today. I'm really disappointed. Really!! Not sure if it's the Dr's fault or the front desk. I got no phone call or email to say my appointment got cancelled or postponed tot he 20th. The specialist said they informed them of the change on June 9th. today is July 5th.
