  • I had a system installed by another company when I moved into our new home. I had a break in and the intruder made it all the way into the master bedroom before the sensor(s) were tripped. Manny Velarde, from ADT, just happened to be in the neighborhood soliciting business the next day. We invited him and had him describe the services of ADT. We were impressed by his personality and professionalism (not to mention the great pricing of the system) that I decided to go with ADT. Both Manny and Zeke came out and installed the system and the additional cameras we wanted. They walked me through on how to use the system. They were so patient with me!! I am NOT tech savvy in any form. Two days later, the motion sensor in the master bedroom set off the alarm. Both Manny and Zeke came out immediately and found that the "false alarm" was due to the ac coming on and moved my shears in view of the sensor. They did the adjustments and all is fine. They both took the time to answer questions that I had, walked me through some of the features, again, and at no time did they make me feel that they had to be somewhere else. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for, not only a great monitoring company, but, 2 great professionals who are truly interested in YOU and YOUR safety. MaryEllen P.
