  • I would've been nice if I were greeted. A smile in my direction would've been satisfactory just acknowledge that you have new customers walking in standing in a line because none of the employees bothered to mention the kiosk hold your place in line. After wasting 15 minute of my life I notice a list of names on a monitor wondering how the hell the got there. I was then advised by a fellow consumer that you have to add your name with the kiosk... Even though the option to pick up equipment is not available. "Just pick anything" he suggests. Ugh they just sucked so bad I wanted to throw my phone at each of them individually!!!
