  • Yelp you really need a zero. Cox cable shame on you!!! I have a 2 year contract and CBS is part of my contract. Pay them...... I pay you!!! On another note, ya'll just have no customer service at all!! They forgot to plug back in my 3rd outlet, now they want to charge me for a "service call". Failure is an option, customer service is a choice not to fail
