  • Have dealt with Lena's in the past and thought I would give them a go for this coming Valentine's Day. When I called to order flowers I had an idea of what I wanted but flowers are not my profession. Naturally I was hoping whoever answered could point me in the right direction. I practically had to beg the girl to sell me on something. I finally told her "please just help me figure something out and sell me on it" Later on to my disappointment she told me they don't deliver to anywhere in Phoenix. My wife's business is 16 miles from Lena's, still a no go. I personally would have paid a local mom & pop more to deliver. The lady kindly explained they could "wire" it out to another delivery service but I should contact a bigger company to "cut the middle man out" and save money. Still leaving two stars because I have seen the work and quality from Lena, granted it was quite some time ago. Maybe the shop had changed though.
