  • I came here once to get my legs waxed since I'd heard about their special for new clients but unfortunately, legs wasn't included nor discounted. =( The girl I ended up with looked no older than 18 and had the attitude to boot. She was definitely not personable which surprised me that she'd be in service...and small talk? Oh no. After she told me they hired her right out of school because they were desperate for this location that just opened, I was over it. As far as pain goes, their hard wax was somewhat less painful than the soft wax I'm used to but it still stung. After she claimed she was done, I had to point out all the places she missed and she took care of it. But even after getting home, though, I ended up having to pluck the stray hairs that remained, something that wouldn't be the case if I'd gone to my regular esthetician at Madison Avenue... This place will try to sell you on packages and specials- the unlimited waxing, pre-paid waxing...sales sales sales is the impression I got after leaving here and their new client deal is just a way to get new people in the door.
