2 starTonight my fiancé and I ordered from Bobby's via Grubhub. GrubHub was fast and assisted to the point of calling me and stating that Bobby's was out of Creme Brûlée on a FRIDAY NIGHT! So we ordered the tiramisu, brownie and ice cream, and a small plate of meatballs. When I brought the bags home and opened them we were VERY disappointed! I have attached photos of the serving portions of the desserts. My fiancé called and a woman answered, we asked to speak to the manager in regards to the portion sizes of the dessert. She stated she was who we would be able to speak to regarding this issue. We simply wanted to give our feedback for in both of our careers feedback is greatly appreciated. She apologized however went into a defensive frenzy stating that GrubHub charges more for the portions and the kitchen stated they were proper portion. My fiancé reiterated that he wanted to give feedback. The woman stated "Have a good night" and hung up. We wanted to be acknowledged and appreciated for calling to simply give feedback of the dessert. Unfortunately, we did not obtain that customer service from that woman. After being hung up on we called back three times with no answer from the restaurant. We then called from another number where our phone call was immediately answered. Seems to us that we went out of our way to give our feedback to Bobbys on our disappointment but it does not seem as though they care to hear it. This was NOT a bad dining experience it was the bad customer service we received. The food was delicious but the portion size was our ONLY disappointment. The manager said she was "busy" when we stated we called back three times with no answer. This was a very long post however detail is necessary and we appreciate you reading this post.
