My necklace fell behind the electricity box. I know there's hooks to put your stuff on but I placed it there because I could tell the employee was in a rush to get out of there since I went in right before closing. It had fallen and it took 2 weeks for someone to get back to me to see how we could get it out. Justin the district manager told me that they would not pay anyone to come get my necklace that I should have placed it on the hooks and that it's not their responsibility. I get it's a business but you guys run off us clients. If it wasn't for us you guys wouldn't have a job. I was told that I would have to pay to have someone come remove that electricity box. I've never felt so let down by a company and I am disgusted at the customer service you guys need to work on it ASAP. Whether it cost money or not you guys should do what's best for the client. I'm a paying customer and I have a lot of friends that go there I haven't told anyone my story but I sure will now after what this company said to me. They don't care about you they just care about your money. Justin told me he talked to the Vice President So I'm gonna make sure of that and I'm gonna do my own research and make sure I talk to the vice President myself and make sure that it wasn't just bull. I will take this further.
