  • Lance is truly great at what he does. I was in charge of planning my best friend's bachelorette party and Lance helped me through the entire process, from beginning to end and was more than helpful and accommodating when plans changed last minute (literally, day of). Lance was a GRADE A host from the initial planning- going over various options for our stay and suggesting different shows, clubs, entertainment for our party, based on the likes/dislikes we had discussed. With every concern, he worked with me to ultimately reach an agreeable itinerary for the weekend. An example of his problem solving / stress free planning in the face of unpredictable weather: We had originally booked our daybed at TAO through Lance but, alas, the one thing we had no control of decided to roll in some rain and we hoped we would be able to opt out of the dayclub last minute- Lance to the rescue. I gave him a ring at 10am the day we had planned the daybed for and voiced our concerns. After discussing our options the party decided they would rather get tickets to a show and once we suggested Zumanity- Lance was on it. When I say he was helpful I mean that he asked and double checked where we wanted seating (of what was avail so last minute) and how to seat our large party (two different sections vs. 2 rows, one behind the other, etc) and within an hour of our initial conversation we had our new plans booked. No hesitation or fuss. As someone who likes to plan everything down to a T and to go off without a hitch I can honestly say the weekend would not have been the success that it was without Lance's help. I cannot express how great his service was and how hands on he is. While my trip was planned months in advance (also a major plus considering all other "promoters" wouldnt even talk to me about my trip until the week of- Note: Lance is MUCH MUCH more than a 'promoter' lightyears beyond any of the every day ones you'll encounter in the casinos/along the strip). Don't even bother thinking twice, Lance is your guy!!
