  • We visited this casino twice. Beautiful dragon chandelier, upstairs bar was a treat with 2 great mixologists. Pearl Ocean was a disappointment due to overpriced food & small portions. The waiter was rude & abrupt to us. The hostesses were sweet & helpful. Really unwelcome vibe. Video poker machines were tight & first night I needed to wipe them down due to dust & smudges. We noticed how poorly trained the staff was, several other patrons left dissatisfied. People were basically ignored at the downstairs bar while staff carried on personal conversations. We were very unhappy!
