  • Wow, some people are just amazing in their ability to find a reason to bash a business without cause. I'm still laughing at a reviewer's inability to do simple math. Lol (yes, if the "earliest you can make an appointment is 45 minutes out" that means that you can't call at 2pm and make an appointment for 2:30, but you CAN make one for 2:45, or 3pm, or 4pm, or next week, or next month! "Imagine your surprise" that you called at 2:45 and both 3:30 and 4pm were already booked? Sorry hon, I can only imagine your stupidity. And the fact that your'e glad your tot is "aging out of this place" is a relief to those of us who love the cuts here and don't want to listen to a wet blanket griping about the wait because they couldn't figure out that they could have called days in advance to book a slot. We've been coming here for years and they are just simply the best, especially given the difficulty that children's cuts often bring to the table. Kim & staff are true professionals with some serious skill. My daughter always likes to get the braid-in pieces of hair glitter. Worth every penny!
