  • I walked into this very busy urgent care today. I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. I asked how long the wait would be, and the very pleasant receptionist told me it was a long wait. Even though I decided not to be seen here, she helped me by calling another facility and placed me in their wait list so I could be seen much quicker somewhere else. This facility gets 5 stars for exceptional customer service, something that is not normally seen in this industry.
