Backstory: When my sister asked me where I wanted to eat for our bi-monthly Las Vegas trip, I told her to pick... Didn't think we would end up at a Michellin star resturant paying over $150 for food!! But what is life if you can't live a litte ]=D
The Food Review: Ordered the Cookbook Tasting Menu that comes w/ Tantare of Ahi Tuna - refreshing
maine Loster Pot Pie - light, not as creamy as i would of expected, perfectly seasoned
Miso - Glazed Black cod - soba noodles were a nice touch
American Kobe Ribeye - heart stopping goodness w/ foie gras
Tasting of Michael mina Desserts (root beer float, cocunut cheese cake, strawberry milk panna cotta) - couldn't finish dessert cuz i was STUFFED
For $108 a person before tax and tip, its definitely on the pricey side. The service was amazing and vibe peaceful (even tho my table was hella loud!)
