  • I've taken my car here to get factory service a couple times now and had good experiences both times. This location is convenient to my office so I can go during my lunch hour. Usually in and out pretty quickly and the people/service managers are really nice. I usually get one of my co-workers to follow me and then drop my car off. By the time we get done eating, my car has been ready to go and I get back to work as usual. Last visit, I decided to wait on my car and had a tire rotation and alignment so it took a little longer than usual, but their waiting room is plenty big and the staff is good about keeping you updated about how your vehicle is progressing. It reminded me a lot like a hospital waiting room and people were getting updates on their loved ones. Plenty of chairs to wait on, free wifi to do some work if needed, and I think complimentary Krispy Kreme (but I didn't indulge). I'm super happy with my car now - bought it brand new and it's turning one. No problems (knock on wood) with it at all. I look forward to many more miles in my car and this is definitely the place I will take it to keep it going.
