  • I agree! Piece of crap. We are switching to the Nest as soon as possible. Thermostat is set to 78. It's 79 and climbing. Why isn't the air coming on?? Who knows. Why doesn't my app work? Who knows? Why don't the website controls work? Who knows. I'm done trying to figure it out.
