  • I went by Paradise Tile and Natural Stone after looking at the big box stores for some engineered wood flooring and finding nothing that fit the bill. While the store itself seems small, PT&NS avoids the really cheap stuff and is filled with a great selection of all kinds of flooring sourced from local, near-local and big name manufacturers. Cosimo himself is quite friendly and listens to your criteria before making a recommendation. Based on our budget and likes, Cosimo recommended laminate over engineered hardwood. Although I was initially unsure of the qualities of laminate, the price point and the sheer variety won me over. The price may have been slightly over what you would pay at a big box store, but the personal touch from Cosimo and the variety available at Paradise Tile and Stone can't be beat. We used our own contractor for laying the laminate so I could not comment about their contractors.
