  • Ordered 2 cubic yards of soil from them. They delivered it to the wrong house (53 instead of 35). Fine, honest mistake but then they told me that they couldn't come and pick it up because they had "no way" of doing it, so that either I could move it myself and they would give me $50 back or that my neighbor would have "free soil". Since I'm pretty sure my elderly neighbor with a concrete yard doesn't want 2 cubic yards of soil on their front walk, I spent the entire morning hauling soil up and down the street in a wheelbarrow. Then when I went to get my whopping $50 back the guy (the owner) acted like he was doing me a huge favour and kept muttering under his breath. Will NEVER give these miserable people another dime.
