  • Terrible experience...made it clear my tax situation, we agreed on the strategy and I wrote a check for $1600. Shauna immediately sluffed me off to an underling that was just a "fill in the blanks" guy. I complained to Shauna that I didn't need them to just fill in blanks-- I could do that with Turbo Tax. She said she was going on a month vacation but would handle it personally when she returned. I agreed to wait. When she returned, she again sent my case to another underling. He was much better ad we agreed on a strategy. Alas, when I got my finished return, NOTHING we agreed on was in the return. I rejected it and did it myself with Turbo Tax...(and saved $6,000 by the way). I asked Shauna to refund my money. She refused and sent me a letter that said (I kid you not) "your return was prepared to our satisfaction" (not to the customer's satisfaction). Very unprofessional--my advice? Run!
