I purchased a perishable product to be sent out of state and arrive in two days. The product was a surprise for a very beloved Aunt. On the day they were to arrive I found out from corporate there was an issue with the zip code which was not brought to my attention while at the store. The attached photos say it all, the peaches sat in a building from Friday until Monday. The response from this office was patronizing to say the least and to make less than 100% correction says a lot about the customer service. I have used this company for over five years. I was offered to have product reshipped once I repurchased the peaches. This is ridiculous and was told by the Manager Kim that this type of product is not refundable. I can't continue to do business with this company where I am not honored as a customer nor is my hard earned money. Will do business where I can trust the company's mission statement is true.Lastly the saddest part is that the element of surprise is lost for my Aunt that is in her late eightiesI can only be refunded the price of shipping. WOW
