  • First of all if I had the option to give 0 stars I would. We bought the $170 party package thru the the webpage. No one called us to confirm or explain any information. We show up and we get 10 wrist bands for 2 hours of unlimited rides. Well the kids have to be over 9 years old to ride the go carts without an adult, which we understood because the website said that. However nothing said the adults have to be paid adults to ride with them. We talk to the manager and he said it tells you that on there webpage, so we looked again and nothing. So the manager pulls the webpage up and couldn't find it either yet still wanted us to pay for all the adults. All of the kids we had were under 9 years old yet we never got told that the adults need to pay as well. We would never have booked the party here it's definitely not a place for kids under 9 years old and they really need to let people know. The manager Jack was no help at all. So any parents out there reading this if your kids are under 9 don't waste your money, if older then 9 I'm sure it would be fun for them but the management is horrible.
