  • One star and that's only for one of their employees that they are losing due to them going out of business. Even if I wasn't shopping for jewelry for my wife, their employee Robert Deshong would stop me and always greeted me with a smile & a hand shake. Wherever he goes, that's where my business will go. What drew me into shopping there was their coupons, for without them, it would be nearly impossible to shop there. Saying their prices are high is an understatement. Most of the time I shopped their clearance racks with a 20% of yellow/black dot coupon or a 25% coupon off select merchandise coupon. Down side to their coupons was searching for merchandise that was NOT excluded from the coupon. I had bariatric surgery in 2017 & needed new clothes to wear. The cheaper the better, especially since I would only wear the new clothes for such a short time before needed smaller clothes. Last week, I picked up a $40 shirt on clearance with coupon for $6. Same shirt today was still on clearance rack with a "going out of business" 10% off sign above it was going for $16. Really???
