  • Awful. They lied to us about how much rent would be per month but the lease we signed mentioned some things are subject to change, told us there was a 24 hr gym but that was under construction for the 1st 6 months we lived there. When they finally opened the gym, they charge $50 to use it. The heated pool was not open for at least 6 months as well, and when they opened that up, there were no trash cans. Calling the front office is a waste of time, they never answer. When you put a work order in, you wait several days and they do a half ass job.
