  • I went into this store hoping they could help me replace a lost bite lipstick that seems to no longer be sold. I walked in late Sunday without an appointment, and approached the counter - a man asked if he could help me fairly quickly (two women were looking at me oddly but I ignored them). I started to tell him that I had one of those 2-sided mini lipsticks from bite that I had lost and right away the man interrupted me, saying they don't sell those there and I have to go to sephora. I said if you can let me finish, I lost this lipstick and can't seem to find the shade to purchase anymore, and I was hoping they could recreate it. He asked me what the colour name was, and said he would check in the back with someone to see if they still had the colours. No idea what he meant when he said "if they still had" the colours. He came back and said no, unfortunately they don't have them anymore (which duh, I've already tried to buy it everywhere I figured I wouldn't be able to just buy it here). I again asked if they could recreate the colour, after all it was a bite product and what do they do there if not make lipsticks...he asked me if I still had a swatch of the colour. Of course I don't have a swatch. If it's your product - why don't you have a swatch? Why wouldn't you know how to recreate a colour your company used to make in your own lab? He just shrugged and said there's nothing they can do. The whole time those two women who worked there were still staring, not sure what their problem was. Left without saying anything else.
