  • Visited the store for the first time in Coventry. I walked in and was greeted but I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes before anyone helped me. All of the crystals were behind the counter.. which is fine.. I'm the type to want to feel a crystal and try and discover it's healing properties. So once I was helped and asked if I could see some of the crystals the man and woman scoffed because I could not point a specific one out I wanted to see (because I base my decision on touch and feel). They mocked me and made me feel less than because I couldn't tell them what I wanted and on top of that the prices on the crystals were outrageous. I will NOT be returning. Horrible energy and vibes. Save your money for someone who is truly spiritual
