We were not impressed with the vet we saw (who is the medical director) or the front office staff. We found the front office staff to be surly and uninterested and the vet was one of the worst we have ever seen and having had 7 dogs we have worked with a lot! We have 2 dogs one of whom is a rescue with a mild genetic deformity to his front legs. At our first meeting, the vet came into the room, spoke with us briefly when I mentioned our concern about his legs, he bent down, no greeting our dog and grabbed him underneath his legs, no treat, no hand sniff, no pat nothing!! Our dog freaked out didn't bite him but snarled. The vet said this is because he's part pit Bull!! Ummm no..... it's because you hurt my dog! He was going to do no more exam! We had to ask that our dog be muzzled (which our dog was fine with as the nice vet tech treated him before and after with a cookie) so that blood work etc could be done on our pet. We will not see a vet who is not only not good with animals but shows ignorance and bias against my dogs breed. We have since gone on to find a GREAT vet who has worked with our dog and done a full exam with no muzzle!!!
