  • Unless you are retired or unemployed this is NOT the vet for you. Inexplicably they do not work by appointment and instead advise you that Dr. Goldstein is in between 9 and 11am 3 days a week and you can "try your luck" So I showed up at 9am and was told it would be "at least 2 hours" I asked why it would not have just been simpler to tell me to come at 11 but they had no answer. This is after spending 90 minutes in morning rush hour to get there. I do not know how insisting that all patients spend a couple of hours in the waiting room helps anyone but that is their policy. Two hours out of a weekday morning constitutes significant income to me and I would not assume your time is any less valuable. Avoid this place unless you are okay with being treated like they are doing you some sort of favour by taking your money. Professionals work by appointment. Dr. Goldstein is NOT a professional.
