  • I honestly don't really get the hype about ChaTime, but I guess there are some nice things. This location is great as it is closer to my house. All the other ones were a little further, so I was honestly reluctant to go. Parking is decent with lots of spots since its in the same building as the movie theatre. However, the actual space for the ChaTime is rather small. Not a lot of seating area, so I can only imagine what it looks like when they get busy. Drinks are pretty much the same from store to store, but the service is pretty much the same from what I've seen as well. Staff don't really seem to care, not very welcoming when they speak to you, and not exactly giving me the vibe to come back. They do speak to each other with inflection and laughter, so I know they are capable of it... Unless a friend suggests it, I most likely won't be back.
