  • I took a Sunday sewing class with Lana. I'm an (advanced) beginner and wanted to make something nice start to finish that I could actually wear (and be proud of). Lana is an amazing creative and skillful instructor: she tailors the project to your taste and body type, she is able to trouble shoot (when you didn't buy enough fabric!) and creatively still make the garment work. The best part about this sewing session is that she gives you tips and tricks to build upon-but better yet, customize. I would recommend her sewing class to anyone who would like to learn to make wearable AND fashionable things. She doesn't cut any corners in teaching her skills.
