  • I have seen Dr. Machnau at this office but with her departure I took my son to see a different person. I thought we were seeing a dermatologist but the appointment was with a PA. I was actually shocked at the treatment and lack of professionalism. The PA left the room briefly and made comments about my son's acne that my son and I overheard. My son is self-conscious enough and then to hear the PA making disparaging remarks. The PA also implied that he spent way too much time with us. I was kind of shell-shocked from the experience and will not be going back.
