  • Horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and go to a different eye care provider! I went in for contact lenses, saw the doctor but was then told I would have to come back to do an hour long "contact class" to receive my prescription because of liability. I have never heard of such a thing nor do I have time but went ahead and scheduled a "class." I was informed 2 hours before my appointment that they had gotten too busy and cancelled my appointment. Went back and forth for a couple weeks before finally giving up and asking if they would just send me my prescription and I would order them myself. They refused to give it to me and I am still without contacts. Absolute worst experience! I should have read the reviews before making an appointment.
